POST CONSTRUCTION: THE WATER QUALITY VOLUME THAT MUST BE RETAINED ON SITE BY THE PROJECT’S PERMANENT STORMWATER <br />MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DESCRIBED IN SECTION 15 SHALL BE ONE AND ONE TENTH (1.1) INCH OF RUNOFF FROM THE NEW IMPERVIOUS <br />SURFACES CREATED BY THE PROJECT. SEDIMENT BASINS DRAINED AND SEDIMENT REMOVED WHEN REACHES 1/2 STORAGE VOLUME. REMOVAL MUST BE COMPLETE WITHIN 72 <br />HOURS OF DISCOVERY. <br />C. OWNER MUST KEEP RECORDS OF ALL PERMITS REQUIRED FOR THE PROJECT, THE SWPPP, ALL INSPECTIONS AND MAINTENANCE, PERMANENT <br />OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS, AND REQUIRED CALCULATIONS FOR TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT STORM WATER <br />MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.
