Through this plat, the existing four parcels <br />will be combined into two. Boundaries for the resulting parcels will mimic <br />existing parcel lines. The only visible changes will largely be to the legal <br />descriptions of the land in this area. <br />The platting process is the ONLY time a City may require the dedication of <br />additional right-of-way on property to facilitate future roadway needs. In this <br />case, the applicants currently own one of the few major undeveloped open <br />areas of property within the City which has questionable/poor access to the <br />public roadway network.
