<br />A tract of land lying and being in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, <br />described as follows, to wit; <br /> <br />All that part of the Northwest quarter of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, <br />described as follows; commencing at the Southeast corner of the said NW1 /4; thence <br />North, assumed basis for bearings along the East line of said Northwest quarter <br />1000.08 feet; thence N 89040' 04" W, 610.00 feet; thence North 500.00 feet; <br />thence West, 30.00 feet; thence South, 166.73 feet to the point of beginning of the <br />tract herein described; thence N 890 40' 04" W, 250.00 feet; thence South, 333.10 <br />feet; thence S 890 40' 04" E, 250.00 feet; thence North, 333.10 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />All that part of the Northwest quarter of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, <br />described as follows; commencing at the Southeast corner of the said NW1 /4; thence <br />North, assumed basis for bearings along the east line of said Northwest quarter <br />1000.08 feet; thence N 890 40' 04" W, 610.00 feet; thence North 500.00 feet; <br />thence West, 30.00 feet; thence South, 649.74 feet to the point of beginning of the <br />tract herein described; thence continuing South, 190.00 feet; thence N 890 40' 04" <br />W, 676.10feet to the West line of the SE1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 32; thence N <br />00 02' 38" E along said West line, 190.00 feet; thence S 890 40' 04" E, 675.95 <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Together with an easement for ingress and egress over and across the West 30.0 <br />feet of the East 670.0 feet of the North 149.91 feet of the South 339.91 feet of the <br />N1/2 of the SE1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 32. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities <br />that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of the municipality must be obtained <br />before such subdivision can be filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26.24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of <br />property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such criteria has been met. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of New Brighton <br />approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />Proposed Legal Description of Roseville Properties Parcel Located at 899 - 3rd Street SW, <br />New Brighton, MN: <br /> <br />That part of the West 140.0 feet of the East 640.0 feet of the North 1/2 of the <br />Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, lying South of the following described line: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 32; <br />thence N 00 04' 15" West along the East line of said Northwest 1/4 a distance of <br />1000.08 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 890 44' 19" West a distance of <br />640.0 feet and there terminating, said parcel being subject to a road easement over <br />the North 30.0 feet thereof; <br />
