MnDOT will not comment on this plat, as it has no impact to the state highway system or ROW. If future land use changes increase traffic to the level that it may affect the two I-35W interchanges north of south of this location, or the CR 9/US 10 ramp intersection, please let us know. Though it’s doubtful such a development would be proposed. Thanks!
