The project will include remodeling of the existing building, demolition of an older portion of the current facility, and construction of a new wing primarily along the southern portion of the property to accommodate 56 new independent living units, 40 additional assisted living units, 24 additional living memory care units and 8 skilled nursing apartments (16 beds) to complement the current facility. Once complete, the new campus will provide a “continuum of care” for seniors allowing area residents to age in place regardless of their health status.
