Page 4 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />(F) Effect of a Temporary Use Permit Approval 102 <br />1. The issuance of a Temporary Use Permit shall authorize only the specific 103 <br />temporary use approved by the Department of Community Assets & Development 104 <br />over the timeframe specified within the permit or resolution authorizing the 105 <br />temporary use. 106 <br />2. Approval of a temporary use permit shall not require future approval of another 107 <br />temporary use permit or special use permit for the same use at a later time. 108 <br />3. An authorized temporary use permit for a use that would otherwise be prohibited 109 <br />shall become void upon expiration of the permit, or removal of the use from the 110 <br />authorized temporary uses resolution. 111 <br />(G) Time Limit 112 <br />The time limit for each temporary use shall be as outlined in the Council resolution 113 <br />establishing allowed temporary uses, or for a timeframe specified by the Deparment of 114 <br />Community Assets & Development as a condition of permit approval. 115 <br />(H) Amendments 116 <br />All requested amendments to a Temporary Use Permit shall be processed in the same 117 <br />manner as a new application. 118 <br />(I) Revocation 119 <br />The City Council may revoke a Temporary Use Permit if any of the conditions are 120 <br />being violated or there are any other violations of state, federal, or local laws or 121 <br />regulations. The City shall notify the holder of the Temporary Use Permit of the 122 <br />violation in writing and provide a reasonable amount of time to the holder to correct the 123 <br />violation. If the violation is not corrected within the time specified in the notice, the 124 <br />City Council may revoke the Temporary Use Permit after providing the holder with an 125 <br />opportunity to address the City Council. 126
