A service door on the
north side of the building provides access to the WilsonWolf cafeteria & break
room, and they would like to improve that amenity by adding an outdoor
patio with a pergola and permanent BBQ station adjacent to the door. The
patio would take up the entirety of the setback, and would be approximately
19 feet from the surface of the future roadway planned to serve the
Murlowski property to the north.

Agenda Section: VI
Item: 1
Report Date: 8/13/20
Commission Meeting Date: 8/18/20
