Upon receiving a complete application for an interim use permit renewal, the 161 <br />Department of Community Assets & Development shall send notice of the requested renewal 162 <br />to all property owners within 350 feet of the parcel(s) containing the interim use. If any 163 <br />objections are raised within 10 days of the mailed notice, the application shall be processed in 164 <br />the manner of a new application. If no objections are raised, the Department of Community 165 <br />Assets & Development shall prepare a resolution of approval outlining the conditions and 166 <br />stipulations of the renewal for consideration by the City Council. The City Council at its 167 <br />discretion may approve or deny the request with findings. Denial of a renewal request does 168 <br />not constitute termination of the existing interim use permit. 169 <br />Sections 8-190 through 8-200. The applicant agrees to remove or protect the outdoor recreational improvement as 180 <br />directed by the Department of Community Assets & Development at such time as any 181 <br />development occurs on the adjacent parcel within 40 feet of the proposed improvement. 182 <br />Sections 6-060 is restated and incorporated herein unchanged. 183 <br />Section 4.
