Please find my <br />response to each application below. <br /> 1. RCWD will <br />need to confirm no floodplain fill is proposed and the structure is compliant with Rule E, <br />Floodplain Alteration Section 3, (g) Structures to be built within the 100-year floodplain will <br />have two feet of freeboard between the lowest floor and the 100-year flood profile. <br /> <br />It appears the homeowner is working with a surveyor, as stated in the, “Aplikowski Application <br />Materials 9-25-20 document,” Section 4, “…the finished floor elevation will be 3’ above the <br />floodplain elevation. (All dimensions and heights are being verified by our surveyor and will be <br />submitted prior to the planning commission meeting.)” <br /> <br />To confirm no floodplain fill is proposed and the structure is compliant with two feet of <br />freeboard, RCWD will need to review the final plan set. To confirm, I can reach out to the <br />homeowners Paul and Sara directly. If no RCWD permit is required, I will provide the <br />homeowners with a no permit required waiver.2.
