He explained of these fatalities 248 were <br />motorists, 50 were pedestrians, 10 were bicyclists and 44 were motorcyclists. Of the 364 <br />fatalities, 89 were known to be drunk-driving related, 75 were known to be speed related <br />incidents and 34 were known to be distracted drivers. Further discussion ensued regarding <br />the number of crashes that occur in Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Director Paetznick further reviewed a graphic from the NBDPS of the data collection from <br />the past three years pertaining to perceived race of the driver and reason for the traffic stop, <br />along with two data sets containing demographic information from our community, including
