7 <br />firearm was removed and confiscated due to violating his permit to carry. The driver was <br />cited for numerous violations. <br /> <br />On November 24, Officer Pyka and Officer Xiong each arrested a driver for DWI. <br />Officer Pyka’s arrest was for a 3rd degree DWI and Officer Xiong’s arrest was for a 4th <br />degree DWI. Both parties were booked at the Ramsey County jail. <br /> <br />On November 28, DK Mags reported a suspicious intoxicated male in their store. The <br />vehicle was located and the driver was arrested for DWI. The 21 year old tested at a .17 <br />BAC. He was booked at the jail for 3rd degree DWI. <br /> <br />On the evening of November 29, New Brighton squads made 7 traffic arrests, 2 warrant <br />arrests and one DWI arrest. <br /> <br />On November 30, New Brighton squads made 5 traffic arrests and 3 DWI arrests. One of <br />the DWI arrests was a 2nd degree DWI for driving while under the influence of narcotics. <br /> <br /> <br />IV.
