<br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-94 -10 3 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS, AND SETTING DATE FOR ASSESSMENT HEARING ON <br />PROJECTS TO BE SPECIAL ASSESSED IN 1994. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following public improvement projects were ordered by the City Council of <br />the City of New Brighton at Public Improvement Hearings, noticed and held as required by law. <br /> <br />Project 92-8 <br />Project 92-13 <br />Project 92-14 <br />Project 93-1 <br />Project 93-2 <br />Project 93-6 <br /> <br />Street Reconstruction <br />Halva's 1st Addition, Street and Utilities <br />Innsbruck Park Estates 2nd and 3rd Additions, Street and Utilities <br />Street Reconstruction <br />Innsbruck Drive Street Reconstruction <br />Poppyseed Estates, Street and Utilities <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said improvement projects are now completed so that the costs thereof can be <br />special assessed. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />I. The cost of such improvements to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be <br />$1,095,150.43. <br />2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the <br />proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvements against every assessable Jot, <br />place, or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as <br />provided by law and shall file a copy of such proposed assessments in his office for public <br />inspection. <br />3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessments, notify the Council <br />thereof. <br />4. That a public hearing on the proposed assessments be set for October 11, 1994, at <br />7:30 p.m. <br />5.
