Ordinance 869 brings the City’s zoning map into compliance with <br />the new 2040 Comprehensive Plan. <br />Summary: The City Council of the City of New Brighton adopted Ordinance No. 869 on <br />January 14, 2020. Ord 869 was needed to rezone certain properties <br />throughout the City to bring zoning classifications into consistency with the <br />2040 Comprehensive Plan.
