Page 1 of 1 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 875 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE NEW BRIGHTON CITY CODE <br />TO ADOPT A PROHIBITION OF ON-STREET PARKING <br />OF LARGE VEHICLES SUCH AS SEMI-TRUCKS AND SEMI-TRAILERS <br /> <br />THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS: <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 29, Section 34 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of New Brighton, <br />Minnesota, is added to code and shall read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 29-34. Large Vehicle On-Street Parking <br />No person shall park or leave standing a truck tractor, semitrailer, bus (except for school buses during normal <br />operation of their weekday routes), truck having a licensed gross weight over 12,000 pounds, manufactured <br />home, park trailer, travel trailer, trailer, or motor home, whether attended or unattended, upon the public <br />streets in any zoning district unless in the process of loading or unloading. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 29, Sections 35 through 37, shall continue to be denoted as “Reserved.” <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
