but not limited to, the following statutes, as amended, and any regulations <br />promulgated pursuant thereto: the Comprehensive Environmental Response, <br />Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, as amended, the Superfund Amendments and <br />Reauthorization Act of 1986; the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to- Know <br />Act of 1986; the Hazardous Substances Transportation Act; the Resource Conservation <br />and Recovery Act; the Solid Waste Disposal Act; the Clean Water Act; the Clean Air Act; <br />the Toxic Substances Control Act; the Safe Drinking Water Act; the Federal Water <br />Pollution Control Act; the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act; the <br />Endangered Species Act; and any Minnesota laws dealing with pollutants, contaminants <br />or hazardous wastes or substances. <br /> <br />(g) The City Parties which enter the Property pursuant to this Agreement shall carry <br />insurance during the time any Work is done on the Property in accordance with the <br />following minimum requirements: <br /> <br />1. Workers' Compensation Insurance with limits as provided by statute, with all <br />necessary statutory elections to provide coverage for and/or claims made by any <br />person doing work on the Property pursuant to this Right of Entry; <br /> <br />2. Employer's liability insurance (often included as coverage (b) in the Workers' <br />Compensation policy) with limits of at least $500,000; <br /> <br />3. Comprehensive Auto (and truck) Liability Insurance with minimum combined <br />single limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence; <br /> <br />4. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance (including coverage for contractual <br />liability, products and completed operations liability, liabilities arising out of <br />explosion, or underground related incidents) with minimum combined single <br />limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence. In addition, the Comprehensive General <br />Liability policy shall include the Owner and the City as additional insureds with <br />respect to Work done on the Property. <br /> <br />(h) The City will notify the Owner of the contractors that will be performing the Work. <br /> <br />(i) The City will restore any areas on the Property impacted by the Work including <br />replacing topsoil and sodding and establish and maintain new turf for a period of 30 <br />days. <br /> <br />(j) The City will provide the Owner a written notice of completion once the City Parties <br />complete the Work.
