<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Council Worksession <br />August 18, 2020 <br />5:00 pm <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Valerie Johnson <br /> Councilmember Graeme Allen <br />Councilmember Emily Dunsworth <br /> Councilmember Nasreen Fynewever <br /> Councilmember Paul Jacobsen <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Staff in Attendance: Devin Massopust <br /> <br />Guests in Attendance: Sarah Sonsalla, City Attorney, and Monte Mills, Attorney <br /> <br />Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this meeting was held virtually. <br /> <br />Closed Litigation Discussion <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the meeting at 5:00 PM and closed it pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13.05 to <br />discuss pending litigation strategy with the City’s attorneys in the case of Chandler et al v. the City of New <br />Brighton, et. al., Ramsey County District Court File No. 62-CV-20-2646 pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Section 13D.05, subdivision 3 (b).
