DISORDERLY PREMISE <br />•Any of the following offenses can deem the property to be disorderly: Narcotics violations, <br />Disorderly Conduct, Unlawful sale of liquor, Gambling, Prostitution, Unlawful firearm <br />possession, Threatening a public officer, Unlawful assembly, Riot, Terroristic Threats <br />•Notice to the licensee shall be given with a directive to take steps to prevent further <br />violations <br />•Notification is by letter to the property manager/ landlord <br />•If a 2 nd violation occurs within 3 months another notice is sent and the licensee is required <br />to submit a written report of actions taken by the licensee to prevent further disorderly use <br />•If a third violation occurs within 3 months of the previous 2 violations, the rental license of <br />the dwelling can be denied, revoked, suspended or not renewed <br />•A written notice is given by the city for a hearing before the City Council for <br />consideration of action on their rental license <br />
