5 <br />On February 13, Officer Craig located two stolen vehicles running in a fire lane. A <br />female is located near the vehicle and found to have multiple felony warrants. She was <br />booked on the warrants at the Ramsey County jail. <br /> <br />A female ran up to PSO Cameron’s vehicle in the parking lot of McDonald’s on February <br />13 around 3 am and reported that she had just been threatened by a male with a gun. <br />Responding officers interviewed her who stated that she just wanted a ride home and did <br />not want anything done about the incident. She eventually admitted to being dropped off <br />in the parking lot by her occasional boyfriend who had allegedly just smoked crack. <br />Officers were unable to locate the male. <br /> <br />Officers responded to the Lakes Run Apartments on February 15 around 9 am on a report <br />of two brothers physically fighting who were unable to be separated by family members. <br />They were no longer fighting upon arrival of officers but the primary aggressor, a 19- <br />year-old male was arrested for assaulting his 18-year-old brother with punches to the face <br />following an argument about the volume of music being played in their shared bedroom. <br /> <br />On February 17, Officer Sonterre assisted a motorist who lost the pontoon off the trailer <br />they were pulling. The driver advised he had just bought the pontoon and drove less than <br />a quarter mile before it fell off the trailer. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Around 7:30 am on February 16, Officer Sonterre stopped a vehicle based on registration <br />information that the driver had a revoked license and an active misdemeanor warrant for <br />disorderly conduct. The driver was arrested and during a vehicle search, suspected <br />methamphetamine was located. The driver was booked at the Ramsey County Jail for the <br />outstanding warrant and the drug offense. <br /> <br />Public Safety responded to the County Road D apartments around 6 pm on February 16 <br />on a fire alarm and found that a cooking fire had been extinguished in one of the units
