Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Acting Chair McQuillan. Due to the COVID-19 <br />pandemic this meeting was held virtually. <br />II. Roll Call <br />Members Present......................Commissioners Liza Allen, Todd Biedenfeld, Youssef Enanaa, <br />Tim McQuillan, and Eric Nelsen <br />Members Absent.......................Chairperson Erin Nichols-Matkaiti and Jeanne Frischman <br />Also Present ..............................Ben Gozola (Assistant Director of Community Assets and <br />Development) and Councilmember Paul Jacobsen <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br />Motion by Commissioner Allen, seconded by Commissioner Enanaa, to approve the November 17, <br />2020 agenda as presented. <br />A roll call vote was taken. Approved 5-0. <br />IV. Approval of Minutes <br />Minutes from October 20, 2020 <br />Motion by Commissioner Biedenfeld, seconded by Commissioner Nelsen, to approve the October <br />20, 2020 meeting minutes as presented. <br />A roll call vote was taken.
