<br />C. Costs associated with the Long Lake Regional Park improvements that are unrelated to the
<br />shared parking lot, sidewalk and trail improvements will be the responsibility of the County
<br />D. The parties shall share in the costs incurred by the City for professional services associated
<br />with the project, including, but not limited to, engineering, site design, environmental
<br />reporting, geotechnical recommendations, and soil borings. The City will fund these costs
<br />when the services are provided. The professional services fees that have been accumulated
<br />by the City as of the effective date of this Agreement to prepare final plans and solicit bids
<br />resulted in the City's share at $53,599.29 and the County's share at $12,910.71. Fees
<br />incurred by the City following the effective date of this Agreement will be allocated to the
<br />parties by New Brighton's Director of Community Assets and Development and the Ramsey
<br />County Parks and Recreation Director. The County intends to apply for Metropolitan
<br />Regional Park System bond funds in order to pay for its share of the fees when these funds
<br />become available. When awarded the bond funds, the County will reimburse the City for
<br />the County's share of the fees. Should the County not acquire funding from bond funds by
<br />the December 31, 2020, the County will reimburse the City for the County's share of the
