She appreciated <br />how this group was considering how to make parks for all members of the community, as well as <br />intergenerational offerings. <br />Councilmember Allen thanked Chair Johnson, Director Fink and all of the PREC Commissioners for their <br />efforts in 2020 for being creative through the pandemic while continuing to find ways to reach the <br />community. He appreciated the fact PREC would be looking into the City's environmental impact in 2021. <br />Councilmember Abdulle thanked Chair Johnson and the PREC Commissioners for their efforts on behalf of <br />the community. <br />Mayor Niedfeldt-Thomas thanked Chair Johnson, the PREC Commission and Director Fink for their <br />innovative efforts over the past year. <br />Consent Agenda <br />1. Consider a Resolution Approving the Conveyance of Excess Midtown Village <br />Parcels to Adjacent Owners and Approving the Combination of the Midtown <br />Village Parcels with the Adjacent Parcels. <br />Motion by Councilmember Abdulle, seconded by Councilmember Allen to approve the Consent <br />Agenda as presented. <br />Mayor Niedfeldt-Thomas commented the T -Mobile installation on the City water tower and noted the City <br />would be making $37,000 from this lease.
