IDeputy Chief Shon Barnes: One novel <br />way in which body cameras are making <br />a difference is in use of body camera <br />recordings in training. Use of body <br />camera recordings can give cadets in <br />the academy a better perspective of the <br />situations they will encounter on the <br />job through scenario -based training. <br />For example, they can be used to start <br />a conversation about how near -miss <br />situations could have been avoided.
