<br /> <br />Summary: Main aspects of the revised ordinance include: <br /> Chapter 16 language is updated to eliminate outdated terms, and to <br />ensure language is in compliance with current statutory standards & <br />definitions. <br /> Chapter 16 is clarified to only apply to NEW manufactured home parks, <br />and to EXPANSION of existing parks.
