Community Center HVAC and Ventilation <br />• Currently have seven rooftop HVAC units. These units were installed in 2016. <br />• Two of those units have UV Genesis filtration (Above the Gym/Fitness Center <br />and the Eagles Nest. <br />• During the last year, we upgraded the filters used from a MERV 7 to a MERV 13 <br />(According to Grainger, MERV 13-16 is considered hospital grade. The first year <br />of filters was paid for using CARES funding) <br />
