In addition, Council named Commissioner Spooner as a Commissioner in 2021. <br />Financial Impact: <br />None <br />Explanation: <br />At the Parks, Recreation and Environmental Commission meeting held on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, <br />Commissioner Matt Johnson was nominated to serve as the Chairperson and Commissioner Michael <br />Spooner was nominated to serve as the Vice Chairperson of the Parks, Recreation and Environmental <br />Commission.
