January 8,2019 Page 1 of 7 <br /> NEW <br /> - j BRIGHTON COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS <br /> b" ""`' tomorrow today THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> Pursuant to notice thereof, a regular meeting of the New Brighton City Council was held Tuesday <br /> January 8, 2019 at 6:30 pm in the New Brighton Council Chambers. <br /> Present: Mayor Johnson, Councilmembers Allen, Burg,Dunsworth, and Jacobsen <br /> Absent: <br /> Also Present: Dean Lotter-City Manager, Sarah Sonsalla-City Attorney, Tony Paetznick-Public <br /> Safety Director,Ben Gozola-Assistant Director of Community Assets and <br /> Development <br /> Call to Order Call to Order <br /> Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. <br /> Pledge of Allegiance Pledge of Alleeiance <br /> Mayor Johnson led the Council in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> ' Public Comment Forum Public Comment <br /> Mayor Johnson opened the Public Forum for comments from the public. Forum <br /> Judy Dahlman, 190 Rush Lake Trail - #432, stated she complained to the Code Enforcer <br /> regarding a concern she had with an RV that has been parked on her neighbor's property (228 <br /> 16th Avenue) for the past 10 years. She noted this RV has not moved and was not licensed. <br /> She presented the City Council with several photographs showing the RV in question. She <br /> requested the City Council address this concern. <br /> Mayor Johnson thanked Ms. Dahlman for bringing her concerns to the City. <br /> City Manager Lotter reported the Council would be addressing the portion of City Code <br /> regarding Code Enforcement issues at a future meeting. <br /> Approval of Agenda Approval of Agenda <br /> Approval of the January 8,2019 Council Agenda.
