She stated she <br /> would like to know more about the process would has been followed for the meter replacements and the <br /> proposed "Shut Off Notices". Schlichting stated staff would come back to the Council spelling out the process <br /> that would be followed to inform the public of the upcoming "Shut Off Notices". <br /> Councilmember Burg stated she understood one resident in New Brighton took two different days off of work <br /> to have their meter replaced and both times the vendor failed to show. She explained this was a problem. <br /> Schlichting commented he understood there were some scheduling or equipment problems for several <br /> properties in the City.
