Ms. Amber reported <br /> park conditions would be considered, along with accessibility issues. <br /> Councilmember Dunsworth recommended some quick wins be written into the plan to provide visible signals <br /> to the public that their voices have been heard. <br /> Councilmember Burg stated when she travels, she enjoys visiting other communities' parks. She suggested <br /> resting stations and art be included in the future plans for the City's parks. <br /> to the City. She <br /> anticipated a splash pad put in the right location would be another great community asset. <br /> Further discussion ensued regarding how the Council could fund future park improvements. <br /> Lotter commented on how the City could bond or proceedwith a referendum in order to fund the Parks Master <br /> Plan. He discussed how beneficial LGN has been theCity. <br /> Davitt stated a levy or interfund loan could also be used. <br /> years <br /> Fink reported one of the great findings from the study <br /> Center, <br /> the space would �mprove <br /> ld, was <br /> in great condition and has been well maintained. She discussed how reorganizing <br /> function for all users.
