The Oath of Office includes the affirmation that as a Police Officer <br /> they will "swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States of <br /> America and the State of MN and faithfully discharge the duties of Police <br /> Officer." <br /> Although his start date was delayed due to the early stages of the COVID-19 <br /> pandemic last year, Officer Yang has successfully completed his probationary <br /> first year of employment.
