Editor's Comments <br /> City Code-Chapter 2 <br /> Administration <br /> This Chapter has been renumbered to be consistent with the numbering system used throughout the <br /> Code: <br /> The first division within a Section is numbered"(1)"followed by"(2), etc. <br /> The next division of a Section is numbered with an"A"followed by"B", etc. <br /> Sections 2-3 through 2-7. These sections originally were contained in Chapter 27.5. The change <br /> permits all discussion of assessments to be handled within a single Article. <br /> Sections 2-31-2-55. These sections deal with matters of maintenance and construction of the Code. The <br /> sections have been moved to Chapter 1 (Sections 1-12 through 1-19)to consolidate discussion of this <br /> topic in a single location. <br /> Section 2-45. The statutory privilege to publish a summary of an ordinance has been incorporated into <br /> the Code. <br /> Section 2-92(4). The assignment of"other duties"to the Public Policy Commission has been added as a <br /> duties and responsibilities. A similar assignment has been provided for all of the other Commissions. <br /> Section 2-123.
