The <br /> gym space would also include one new office, new bathrooms, and a storage area. Staff <br /> commented further on the request and noted the Planning Commission recommends approval <br /> based on the findings of fact and recommended conditions. <br /> Mayor Niedfeldt-Thomas asked if there were any concerns noted by the Planning Commission <br /> the Council should be made aware of. Helen Fiske, Global Academy representative, explained people do walk through the <br /> parking lot to 5th Street.
