<br />" <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 94-91 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING QUICK-TAKE APPRAISALS. <br /> <br />1. RECITALS <br /> <br />a. By Resolution No. 94-130, the City Council authorized the use of eminent <br />domain (including quick-take) to acquire certain properties for redevelopment <br />purposes (Central Business District West). <br /> <br />b. The City retained the appraisal firm of Bjorklund, Carufel, lachenmayer, Inc. <br />(BCl) to perform market value appraisals of the subject properties. <br /> <br />c. Community Development Staff and special counsel have reviewed the <br />appraisals, found them to be in conformance with accepted appraisal standards, <br />and recommend their acceptance and approval by the City Council. <br /> <br />2. The City Council hereby approves the following listed BCl appraisals as its approved <br />appraisals of value in the condemnation case entitled City of New Brighton vs. <br /> <br />Parcel 1 (Schmalzbauer) <br />Parcel 2 (Clark) <br />Parcel 3 (Peterson) <br />Parcel 4 (Walbon) <br />Parcel 5 (Voelker/Blumberg) <br /> <br />$96,000 <br />$133,600 <br />$163,000 <br />$187,000 <br />$44,500 <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of August, 1994. <br /> <br />R~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
