Larson for the purchase <br />of 118 LED luminaires. <br />June 30, 2020 City Manager Massopust approved a proposal from Short Elliot Hendrickson <br />Inc. (SEH) for professional engineering services. <br />November 6, 2020 Advertisement of bids published in Pioneer Press and online on QuestCDN. <br />December 1, 2020 Bids opened by staff. <br />December 8, 2020 Bids accepted by Council and contract awarded to Laketown Electric <br />Corporation. <br />Financial Impact: Total project construction costs can be found on the attached Final Payment <br />Partial Payment 4. <br /> <br />Explanation: City Project 20‐4, 2020 Street Lighting Improvements included the replacement <br />of existing high pressure sodium (HPS) street light luminaires to LED luminaires along the <br />following street segments: <br /> 5th Avenue NW (1st Street NW to Old Highway 8 NW) <br /> Old Highway 8 NW (I694 to Long Lake Park Entrance Drive) <br /> Northwest Parkway <br /> Central Park Boulevard <br />AGENDA SECTION: Consent <br />REPORT DATE: April 6, 2022 <br />MEETING DATE: April 12, 2022
