STAFF Memorandum <br />Zoning Code Update Status Report <br />To: City Council <br />From: Ben Gozola, Assistant Director DCAD <br />Meeting Date: 4-12-22 <br />BACKGROUND & CURRENT DRAFT STATUS <br />Update work began in the spring of 2021, and we are pleased to report that we are roughly halfway through the <br />project! There have been three meetings of the Zoning Code Steering Committee so far to review draft language in <br />the following highlighted areas. Items that are not highlighted (and are shown in RED) have yet to be drafted. <br />Our shoot-for-the-stars goal is to have a complete draft prepared by the end of 2022.
