Builds <br /> <br /> TUV SUD <br />(Image: City of New Brighton) <br /> <br />In early 2018, TUV SUD America, Inc. (TUV) <br />completed a 37,000 SF industrial flex building on <br />the east side of Old Highway 8 NW within New <br />Brighton Exchange. TUV is an existing New <br />Brighton business that is currently located at 1775 <br />Old Highway 8 NW. They have expanded to the <br />point of needing a new building and New Brighton <br />Exchange provided a great opportunity for the City <br />to retain this business and the existing 55 <br />employees. TUV will use their new space for <br />office, testing, and certification in support of their <br />business-to-business engineering service that <br />provides international safety testing and <br />certification. While the building and site work is <br />substantially complete, the company is finishing <br />the interior spaces with the testing chambers. The <br />new building also provides future expansion <br />possibilities of up to 12,000 SF. TUV is a multi- <br />billion dollar company based in Germany.
