<br />! <br /> <br />;: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-o72A <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 94-3, STREET <br />RECONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement in the New Brighton Bulletin and in <br />the Construction Bulletin, bids for Improvement Project 94-3, Street <br />Reconstruction, were received, opened, and read aloud by the City Administration <br />at 10:00 a.m., June 9, 1994, complying with the advertisement, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lowest bidder meeting bid specifications was found to be <br />Midwest Asphalt Corporation with a bid of $699,558.95. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />New Brighton: <br /> <br />1. That the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into a contract with Midwest Asphalt Corporation in the name of the City <br />of New Brighton for Improvement Projects 94-3, Street Reconstruction <br />and; <br /> <br />2.
