EXHIBIT A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City Council (the "Council") of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 28, 1994 at 7:30 o'clock p.m., at the New Brighton City Hall, 803 - 5th Avenue NW, New Brighton, Minnesota, 55112, relating to the approval and adoption of a modified Development Program for Development District No.1, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 to 469.134, inclusive. The hearing is also relative to the approval and adoption of modified Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing Districts No. 1 through No. 23, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 to 469.179, inclusive. The hearing is further relative to the approval and adoption of a Tax Increment ~inancing Plan for proposed Tax Increment Financing District No. 24 pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 to 469.179, inclusive. Copies of the documentation, including a complete legal description, relating to the above proposed actions will be on file and available for public inspection in the City Clerk's office. The properties proposed to be included in the Tax Increment Financing District are described below and set forth on the attached map: TIF District No. 24 Generally located north of 20th Street NW, east of 29th Avenue NW, south of 22nd Street NW and west of Silver Lake Road, and including the following PIN's: 18-30-23-31-0061 18-30-23-31-0006 18-30-23-31-0036 18-30-23-31-0037 - an approximate 20' x 107.4' portion of the driveway easement located on this parcel immediately adjacent to the eastern boundary of -0036 All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their views orally or in writing.
