<br />Les Proper-Director of Public Works explained the City is proposing an
<br />infiltration/inflow project starting in 2006. By having this program in place, the
<br />city can avoid an annual surcharge of $27,300.00 by Metropolitan Council
<br />Environmental Services (MCES).
