<br />Janice Gundlach-City Planner gave a brief overview of the proposed subdivision
<br />~plaining that the purpose of the application is twofold:
<br />__) To split off a 6.23 acre piece of the Midwest Asphalt property so the City can
<br />take clear title of it.
<br />2) To split off a section of the Butchers Spur so that the housing piece of the project
<br />can proceed.
<br />
