<br />, ~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br />~ <br /> <br />under threat of condemnation may receive assistance <br />from the City for tenant improvements at their new <br />location if it is in an existing City tax increment <br />district. The Redeveloper agrees to provide tenant <br />improvements to its Minimum Improvements as directed by <br />the City for those eligible tenants relocating to <br />Redeveloper's Project. The City can require the <br />Redeveloper to provide tenant improvements in an amount <br />not to exceed $50,000. Any expenses incurred by the <br />Redeveloper for the Program shall be deducted from the <br />principal amount of the Note which shall then be <br />reamortized to allow the remaining balance to be paid <br />over the remaining term with level debt service. <br /> <br />Section 3.
