I have also reviewed a draft of the final plat prepared by E.G. Rud <br />& Sons, Inc., which is titled SILVER OAK ESTATES NO. 6 (the “Plat”). <br />The Commitment purports to cover real property in Ramsey County, Minnesota, legally described <br />as follows: <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Silver Oak Estates No. 2, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Lot 19, Block 1, Silver Oak Estates No. 2, Common Intererst Community No. 791, <br />Ramsey County, Minnestoa. <br /> <br />Abstract Property <br /> <br />(the “Property”). <br />Based on my review of the Commitment and the Plat, I have the following comments relative to <br />the proposed Plat: <br />1. Plat execution. The names and signatures of all the following parties in interest must <br />appear on Plat: <br />a. The fee owner: Margaret A. Glodek and James L. Glodek, trustees or successor trustees <br />of the Margaret A. Glodek Revocable Trust dated September 18, 2007 (Lots 1 and 2 of <br />Block 1 of the Plat);
