The existing garage that’s been used by the school is <br />soon to be demoed to make way for development of the former <br />Seminary property. <br />Recommendation(s): APPROVAL of the proposed SUP amendment with conditions <br />Applicable Deadlines: None <br />Legislative History: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 2018: SUP approved to authorize Global Academy to take over <br />the building/space previous occupied by the United Theological <br />Seminary. Approval resulted Global Academy taking control of <br />the southern 2/3 of the property, and the Seminary retaining <br />ownership of the residence building to the north. Storage rights <br />within the existing garage on the Seminary property was rented <br />to Global Academy. <br /> 2022: United Theological Seminary sells the residence hall <br />property. <br />
