The remodel will include the <br />addition of a garage to the north of the existing legal nonconforming building, and <br />expansion of the on-site parking lot. <br /> <br />History:  Late 80’s/Early 90’s: Building constructed to house a Big Wheel Rossi auto parts <br />store. <br /> 2014: Barrier Free Access acquires the property for their corporate offices. Offices <br />close during the COVID pandemic. <br /> 2022: Apple Tree Dental acquires the property for their corporate offices. <br /> 2023: Zoning of the property updated to Mixed Use Neighborhood. <br /> Planning Commission review & public hearing scheduled for 6/20/23. <br /> <br />Request(s):  Special Use Permit to authorize expansion of a legal nonconforming building <br />in the Mixed Use Neighborhood zoning district.
