Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that approval of the special use permit and site plan shall be <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The applicants shall address all engineering issues listed in the 6/15/2023 Engineering memo <br />to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />2. Material used on the proposed building addition shall match or complement the materials on <br />the existing building. <br />3. The applicant shall work with the City Forester to select the species and size of trees and <br />shrubs to be used to implement required screening (Option __) along the property’s north <br />boarder. <br />4. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy, a fire protection engineer shall be hired by the <br />applicant to determine if the new commodity matches the sprinkler density of the building. <br />Work of the fire protection engineer shall be coordinated with the local Fire Marshal. <br />5. The applicant shall be required to correct any lighting problems that are identified following <br />construction. <br />6.
