The remodel will include the addition of a garage to the <br />north of the existing legal nonconforming building, and expansion of <br />the on-site parking lot. <br />Recommendation(s):  APPROVAL of the proposed SUP & Site Plan with conditions <br />Applicable Deadlines:  None <br />Legislative History:  Late 80’s/Early 90’s: Building constructed to house a Big Wheel Rossi <br />auto parts store. <br /> 2014: Barrier Free Access acquires the property for their corporate <br />offices. Offices close during the COVID pandemic. <br /> 2022: Apple Tree Dental acquires the property for their corporate <br />offices. <br /> 2023: Zoning of the property updated to Mixed Use Neighborhood. <br /> Planning Commission review & public hearing scheduled for 6/20/23. <br />
