Special Use Permit & Site Plan Review: Request from Brooks New Brighton LLC on behalf of Irving Avenue Properties, LLC to establish Pioneer Industries <br />Inc (dba Pioneer Paper Stock of Minnesota) as a specially permitted use in the I-1 district at 600 Lakeview Point; PID: 32-30-23-42-0014 <br />2. Special Use Permit, Site Plan Review, and Variances: Request from the <br />Benedictine Living Community at 1101 Black Oak Drive to place an addition on the southwest corner of the existing residential facility. A proposed canopy <br />would extend 1’ past the required build-to area, and a proposed retaining wall would come within 2’ of the front lot line. The addition would allow existing <br />double occupancy rooms to become single occupancy rooms, so there will be no increase in facility residents as a result of this addition; PID: 19-30-23-34- <br />0051. <br />VII.
