This is part of the larger ongoing effort to update the entire <br />Zoning Ordinance. To date there has been City Council, Planning Commission, <br />Equity Commission, and community input leading to preparation of a draft <br />ordinance meant to “right size” parking standards for all uses. <br />Recommendations from the Planning Commission on 11/21/23 will be <br />formatted into a final ordinance form and considered by Council for formal <br />adoption on November 28. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Agenda Section: VI <br />Item: 1 <br />Report Date: 11/9/23 <br /> Commission Meeting Date: 11/21/23
