Figure 9 shows that the largest contributor to the greenhouse gas reductions <br />will be grid decarbonization, followed by the commercial/industrial sector energy savings, renewable <br />energy subscriptions and then residential energy sector savings. Savings are highest in 2023 and 2024, <br />which be the first phase of implementation and when the most resources are dedicated to working <br />toward the strategies included in this plan. <br /> Figure 8.
