The Rise program <br />has continued to increase participants and is a great fit at NBCC. <br />The current lease agreement is set to expire on September 9, <br />and this new lease agreement would be for an additional 5 <br />years. <br />Recommendation(s): Approve lease agreement with Rise, Inc <br />Applicable Deadlines: The current lease agreement with Rise is set to expire on <br />September 9, 2023 <br />Legislative History: November 22, 2022 – Council approved third addendum to the <br />lease with Rise for space at NBCC. This addendum swapped <br />Room 214 to Room 209 on the lease agreement. <br />November 12, 2019 – Council approved second addendum to <br />lease agreement with Rise for space at NBCC. This addendum <br />added Room 214 to the lease agreement. <br />February 26, 2019 – Council approved first addendum to lease <br />agreement with Rise for space at NBCC. This addendum added <br />Rooms 210 and 212 to the lease agreement. <br />July 24, 2018 – Council approved a lease agreement with Rise. <br />This agreement was for Room 208.
