<br /> <br />Councilmember Abdulle requested staff speak with the Public Safety Commission regarding this matter in <br />order to receive their input prior to completing the assessment. He supported the assessment having community <br />engagement. <br /> <br />Councilmember Dunsworth inquired if the assessment would have any community engagement. Massopust <br />did not anticipate the assessment would require community engagement. <br /> <br />Councilmember Abdulle feared that something would be missed if the community was not engaged. <br /> <br />Councilmember Allen commented he believed it made sense to complete an organizational assessment, given <br />the fact this change was made 20 years ago.
